Haydn E. Malackowski represents employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in the defense of workers’ compensation claims. She counsels clients through all stages of the claims process, including claim evaluation, discovery, depositions, and hearings, and works closely with employers and carriers to develop practical strategies that manage risk, control claim costs, and efficiently resolve disputes. Haydn joined Bleakley, Cypher, Parent, Warren & Quinn, P.C. in June 2022.

Haydn earned her J.D., with highest honors, from Drake University Law School, where she completed a concentration in business law and served as an editor of the Drake Law Review. During law school she also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Justice Matthew McDermott of the Iowa Supreme Court, where she gained valuable insight into appellate decision-making and legal analysis.

Prior to law school, Haydn earned her B.S. in Psychology and Athletic Coaching from the Frederik Meijer Honors College at Grand Valley State University.

Haydn lives in West Michigan with her husband, their son—born in September 2025—and the family’s two golden retrievers.
