Michele L. Niehof earned her Bachelor of Science Paralegal and Bachelor of Applied Science Business Studies degrees in 1998 from Davenport University.

Michele has more than twelve years of experience specializing in the areas of civil litigation, including first party no-fault, automobile negligence, real estate, commercial litigation, and workers’ compensation.

In October 2001, Michele joined Bleakley, Cypher, Parent, Warren & Quinn and has worked the capacity of a workers’ compensation paralegal.

Michele developed a sub-specialty in Medicare compliance and has been performing Medicare Set-Aside allocations.  She has been certified as a Medicare Set-Aside consultant by the International Commission on Health Care Certification.

Michele enjoys spending time with her husband Gabe, and daughter Avery, and son Bryce, as well as traveling and outdoor activities.
