John A. Quinn
John (Shawn) A. Quinn – has concentrated on Workers’ Compensation Defense Litigation for twenty five years and has been recognized as among the top five attorneys in the State of Michigan in his specialty. Shawn earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan in 1979 and his Juris Doctor degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1982.
Shawn is a member of the American Bar Association, Michigan Bar Association (workers’ compensation section) and the Michigan Self Insurers Association. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Michigan and in the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan.
Shawn is a frequent lecturer in Michigan and Indiana and has been a guest speaker for the Institute of Continuing Legal Education, Lorman Educational Services and many others.
Shawn has been a shareholder of Bleakley, Cypher, Parent, Warren & Quinn since its inception. He is married and raising two children. He is a sports enthusiast and enjoys summers, family time and serving on several committees for his church.
