Bleakley, Cypher, Parent, Warren & Quinn, P.C. was established in 1997. In the wake of the dissolution of Cholette,
Perkins, & Buchanan, six members of the workers' compensation defense department renewed their commitment
to their clients and formed Bleakley, Cypher, Parent, Warren & Quinn, P.C. The firm's tradition of service and dedication
to its clients and the community remains unchanged.
The founding shareholders combined over 140 years of experience in the field of workers' compensation defense law
and focused on their specialty. With time, and a new millennium, Bleakley, Cypher, Parent, Warren & Quinn, P.C. has
evolved into a full service defense firm. The firm now specializes in defense litigation in the areas of automobile
negligence, no fault-insurance, premises liability, real estate, and other various commercial claims and employment
issues. Of course the firm's traditional focus on workers' compensation defense remains a staple.
In 2003, Bleakley, Cypher, Parent, Warren & Quinn, P.C., joined the Grand Rapids downtown renaissance by relocating
to 120 Ionia, SW, in the heart of Cherry Street Landing. The firm has integrated an exceptional team of legal support
professionals and state of the art computer and communication equipment, to provide unequaled service in the
legal community.
